How do I plan my day?

Choose one outcome that would make today a win. Break it into small steps, then add your other commitments as Shoulds and optional tasks as Coulds. See a worked daily plan.

Do I need an account, and where is my plan saved?

No account or payment is required. Plans and reflections are saved in this browser on your device. Clearing browser data can remove them. There is no automatic account sync; use Send to Device to transfer today’s plan.

Where do rough ideas go?

Jot down is a scratchpad for getting things out of your head; move a note to today when it matters. The online brainstorm canvas is for messy thinking; make a Kanban ticket from any idea when it is ready. Neither one syncs with your plan.

How does the Kanban board fit in?

The Kanban board is the longer view: to do, in progress, done. Plan there, then pull a ticket (or one step of its checklist) into today with “Choose from Kanban”. Anything you type here appears there as the same item, and finishing a task in either place finishes it in both. The plan resets each day; the board keeps going.

Is this an hourly schedule or a priority planner?

It is a priority planner. It helps you choose what matters and start with a focus timer. Keep appointments and fixed time blocks in your calendar.
